I had a fantastic experience with Glass Genie. They were able to come out to my house on very short notice and replaced the glass on my daughter’s car incredibly quickly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Kami, in particular, was excellent—very professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at what he does. He got everything done in a short amount of time without sacrificing quality. I was a bit hesitant at first because of some past bad experiences with well-known glass companies that advertise on TV, but I’m really glad I decided to go with Glass Genie. They exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Daniel who took my call was very professional and demonstrated patience dealing with me and answering my questions. Thanks again to Kami for the great work!

The technician who performed the windshield replacement was professional and did a solid job. No complaints about the actual installation. Unfortunately, the communication side of this business is very unprofessional. After I paid via Zelle, my messages regarding a simple invoice request have gone unanswered. All I’m asking for is an invoice that includes windshield replacement and ADAS calibration. Ignoring a customer after receiving payment is not acceptable. Be cautious and make sure everything is documented before sending payment.

They came to my home and got the replacement done in 60mins or so. Definitely go for them. I was skeptical at first, but they did well tbh.

Any company who does not value or appreciatenew accounts have terrible customer service and the response time frame is just whenever it's convenient should all be red flags stay away
